SP/SSP Detection Engine — Dynamic Percentile Thresholds
Updated detect-sp-ssp.ts to use per-set dynamic thresholds based on each set's own base insert odds distribution. Engine now focuses exclusively on base insert pull rates (excluding parallels, SuperFractors, and autograph sets). Uses 85th percentile for SP threshold and 95th percentile for SSP threshold, with a minimum sample size of 8 inserts before falling back to fixed ratio thresholds. Existing approved configs in spSspConfig.ts are unchanged.
