Break Sheet Builder: Row 2 Redistribution
- Buyers GA moved next to Giveaways (they're both giveaway controls) — it now lives on the details row instead of the top row.
- Row 2 controls are now spread evenly across the full width, closing the large gap that sat between the Filter group and the rest.
- Closing that move tightens the top row too; Search and Break Description take up the freed space.
Placement and sizing only — every control behaves exactly as before.
