Athlete pages now use the same grouped subset tables as set pages, every parallel row has a Find on eBay link, and the old Per-box column is retired.

The Card Types, Base Parallels, Inserts, and Autographs tabs on athlete pages now render with the same grouped subset tables and styling as the set page — one card per subset with the parallel / numbered / pack-odds columns, in set-page order and scoped to the player. The old Per-box column has been retired.
